Norman Conrad Asmus, 48, died unexpectedly at his home in the Town of Ripon on December 6, 1994.
He was born September 13, 1946, in Ripon, a son to Conrad and Dela Prellwitz Asmus. Since graduating from Ripon High School, Norman has been engaged in farming on the family farm. He was a member of Our Saviour’s United Church of Christ in Ripon.
He is survived by his mother, Dela of Ripon; one sister, Sandra (Ralph) Gruetzmacher of Pickett; niece, Jennifer Hibicki of Pickett; nephew, Matthew Hibicki of Ripon; aunt, Anita Penke of Oshkosh; other aunts, uncles and cousins. Norman was preceded in death by his father in 1979 and one uncle, Arnold Prellwitz.
Funeral Service for Norman Asmus will be 11 am on Monday, December 12, 1994, at Our Saviour’s United Church of Christ in Ripon. Reverend James D. Mohr will officiate. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery in Ripon.
Visitation will be Sunday from 3 until 7 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
