Norman Janze

June 5, 1914 — January 27, 2001

Norman G. Janze, age 86, formerly of Green Lake, died Saturday, January 27, 2001, at Evergreen Retirement Community in Oshkosh.

He was born June 5, 1914, in Chicago, the son of Joseph and
Johanna (Asumna) Janze. Norman graduated from high school in Chicago. On March 4, 1935, he married Dorothy Flower, and they moved to Green Lake. Mr. Janze had been Vice President of Sales at Fabriko until retiring. He was a member of the Federated Church of Green Lake.

Survivors include 2 daughters, Lucy (E.C.) Leach of Berlin and Deborah (Gregory) Barber of Singer Island, FL; 2 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife in 1997, 1 sister, and 1 brother.

A private family service will be held Tuesday, January 30, 2001, at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon with Rev. Karen Gygax-Rodriguez officiating. Interment will be in Dartford Cemetery, Green Lake. Memorials to Evergreen Retirement Community Care Assurance in his name.
