Oliver T. Lenz, age 92, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Monday, February 3, 1986, at Ripon Memorial Hospital.
Oliver was born June 13, 1894, in Oshkosh, WI, the son of Fred and Emma (Nachtrab) Lenz. On September 16, 1916, he married Florence Nlauck. Oliver worked as a shoe salesman and was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Ripon.
Survivors include three daughters, Anita Congleton of Oak Ridge, TN, Marjorie Prochnow of Milwaukee, WI and Elizabeth Vander Vleit of Dallas, TX; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years.
Visitation for Oliver will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 1986, from 5 – 7:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral service for Oliver will be held on Thursday, February 6, 1986, at 11:00 am at Grace Lutheran Church in Ripon with Reverend Carl L. Stubenvoll officiating. Interment will follow at Green Lake Center Cemetery in the Town of Green Lake.
