Otto J. Radke, age 80, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 1953, at Oshkosh Hospital.
Otto was born January 19, 1873, in the Town of Nepeuskun, WI, the son of Edward and Minnie Radke. On February 24, 1897, he married Ida Kono. Otto worked as a farmer, a hotel owner and filling station operator. He was also a charter member of the Ripon Eagles.
Survivors include one son, Clarence of Ripon; one brother, Clarence Herman Radke of the Town of Utica; one sister, Mrs. August Behnke of Wild Rose. Otto was preceded in death by his wife, who passed away February 18, 1936 and also by one sister and three brothers.
Friends may call on Thursday, December 3, 1953, after 6:00 pm at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Otto will be held on Saturday, December 5, 1953, 2:00 pm at Butzin Funeral Home with The Reverend Carl Stubenvoll officiating. Interment will be held at Loper Cemetery in the Town of Ripon.
