Otto August Seidler, age 71, of Ripon, WI passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 1955 at Ripon Municipal Hospital.
Otto was born in Ripon on October 7, 1884, the son of August and Elizabeth (Gerhke) Seidler. He has lived in Ripon all his life and retired as a meat cutter. On March 29, 1905 he married Clara Buerger in the Town of Brooklyn, WI.
Otto is survived by his wife, Clara Seidler; a daughter, Mrs. Ben Wagner of Pickett, WI, two sons, Arnold and Harold both of Ripon, WI; one grandson and one granddaughter; three brothers, Paul and William of Milwaukee, WI and Edward of Berlin, WI; two sisters, Helen Ray of Milwaukee, WI and Hermenia Colward of Fond du Lac, WI. He was preceded in death by his parents, August and Elizabeth Seidler and one sister.
Visitation for Otto will be held from 7:00 pm on Wednesday, June 8, 1955 until 2:00 pm on Friday, June 10, 1955 at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral service for Otto will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, June 10, 1955 at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon, with Reverend E.E. Schieler officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery, Ripon, WI.
