Otto Frank Tornow, age 87, of Ripon, passed away on Wednesday, November 24, 1993, at Parkview Care Center, Ripon.
He was born on July 23, 1906 in the Town of Mount Morris, the son of Rudolph and Amelia Krueger Tornow. He was educated in Pine River and on June 30, 1934, he married Margaret Waltenberry. Otto farmed most of his life. He was a member of the Odd Fellow Lodge in Ripon and was a member of the Thursday Senior Citizens Group at the Pickett Community Center. Otto was an avid sheephead player, and he loved gardening and selling his pride potatoes.
Funeral services for Otto F. Tornow will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon. The Reverend James D. Mohr will officiate. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ripon. Visitation will be Friday from 12:00 until hour of services at the funeral home.
