Palmer Donald Ninneman Sr., age 70, of Rosendale, died Monday morning, May 21, 2001, at his home.
He was born March 29, 1931, in Pickett, the son of Frank and Ethel (Stellmacher) Ninneman. Palmer graduated from Ripon High School, and for 33 years had been a shipping clerk at Sand Knit in Waupun. He was an avid Cubs Fan.
Survivors include 5 children, Mary (Butch) Pucker of Rosendale, Palmer Ninneman Jr., Kyra (Steve) Packer and Pam (Wes) Downs of Ripon, and Paula (Burt) Brewer of Pickett; 11 grandchildren, Paul (Amy), Nichole, Grant, Loretta (Alan), Jamie, Steve, Adam, Amanda, Bryce, Brooke, and Braydon; 2 great-grandchildren; 4 sisters, Gladys (Wilbert) Retzlaff, Fern Wagner, June (Bernard) Hall, and Beatrice (Gene) Warner; and a special friend, Nancy Patrouille. He was preceded in death by 1 brother, 1 sister, 1 infant daughter, and parents:
Funeral service for Palmer Ninneman Sr. will be Wednesday, May 23, 2001, at 12 noon at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon with the Rev. Paul Holte officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Interment will be in Loper Cemetery, Town of Ripon. A memorial has been established.
