Paul Ninneman

Paul L. Ninneman, age 80, of 425 Howard St., Ripon, passed away early Saturday morning, January 14, 2006, at Ripon Medical Center, Ripon.
Paul was born on November 13, 1925 in Ripon, the son of Walter and Ida (Steinberg) Ninneman. He attended Ripon High School. On June 22, 1946 he married Esther Michalowski. Paul worked as a machinist at Speed Queen in Ripon, retiring in 1987. He was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church on Blossom St. in Ripon; he belonged to the 1327th United Steel Workers of America, and was a Trustee for the Union Hall. After retirement Paul drove for Sweeney and was an all around handyman for the neighborhood. Paul loved to do outdoor activities including deer and goose hunting and ice fishing.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years Esther of Ripon, four sons; Stephen (Sheila) Ninneman of Union Grove, Richard Ninneman of Ripon, Joel Ninneman of Mount Horeb, and Mark (Irene) Ninneman of Montello, five grandchildren; Richard Jr, Jessica (George) Busse, Andrew, Theresa & Paul, and one great-granddaughter Kylee. He is also survived by one brother, Les Ninneman of Ripon, and two sisters; Laura Regenoski, and Freida Nechkash both of Berlin, and several nieces and nephews. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and three sisters.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, January 18, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church on Blossom St. in Ripon, with Rev. Robert A. Fictum Officiating. Friends may call on Tuesday, January 17, 2006 at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon from 5-7:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. and on Wednesday visitation at the church will be from 9:30 until the time of the service. Interment will take place in St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery, Town of Ripon. A memorial has been established.
