Pauline Kenas, age 92, of Fairwater, WI, passed away on Thursday, June 5, 1952, at the home of her granddaughter.
Pauline was born October 5, 1857, in Russian Ukraine, the daughter of Daniel and Anna Leibholtz. On February 19, 1880, she married John Kenas in Ukraine. Pauline has lived in the vicinity of Green Lake and Ripon since 1900.
Survivors include two sons, Emil Kenas of Naperville, IL and Carl Kenas of Ripon; three daughters, Mrs. Andrew Schultz of Green Lake, Mrs. Bertha Keipe of Fond du Lac and Mrs. Otillie Ahrens of Fairwater and 25 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and three sons.
Friends may call on Friday, June 6, 1952, after 6:00 pm at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Pauline will be held on Saturday, June 7, 1952, at 2:00 pm at Butzin Funeral Home with The Reverend Theodore Jordan officiating. Interment will take place at Bluffton Cemetey in the Town of Brooklyn.
