Philip Bickelhaupt, age 73, of Rosendale, WI, passed away on Tuesday, April 8, 1986, at Americana Healthcare Center in Fond du Lac, WI.
Philip was born on September 10, 1912, in Russia, the son of Henry and Anna (Fink) Bickelhaupt. He married Verna Binkerhoff on July 15, 1939 in Fond du Lac. Philip worked as a farmer and truck driver for Rosendale Canning Factory. He was a member of Peace Lutheran Church in Rosendale.
Survivors include his wife, Verna; two sons, Harvey and Walter both of Fond du Lac; three daughters, Caroline (Darrell) Klimke of Oregon, WI, Phyllis (Roger) Sabel of Fond du Lac and Patricia (Duane) Dreske of Knoxville, IA; 15 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; four brothers, John, Fred, Edward and Charles of Fond du Lac and three sisters, Dorothy Moore, Katherine Schaefer of Fond du Lac and Linda Wendle of Malone. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son and two brothers.
Visitation for Philip will be held on Friday, April 11, 1986, from 5 – 8:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home.
Funeral Service for Philip will be held on Saturday, April 12, 1986, at 11:00 am at Peace Lutheran Church with Reverend Bruce Buslaff officiating. Interment will follow at Rosendale Cemetery in the Village of Rosendale.
