Phyllis Jean Di Nardo, age 70, of 50 Wolverton St, passed away on Monday, July 31, 2006 at Fountain View Care Center.
Phyllis was born on December 2, 1935 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of John and Opal Madison. She was educated in the Chicago School Systems. Phyllis was a housewife and a member of Ripon Baptist Church.
Survivors include sons, Ronald (Denise) Kolosky of Ripon and Robert (Laureen) Kolosky of Neenah; daughters, Debbie (Al) Raven of Momence, IL and Theresa (Jeff) Mickalak of Spring Field, MI; 9 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers and nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and son, Henry.
Visitation for Phyllis Di Nardo will be held on Thursday, August 3, 2006 from 11:00-12:00 noon at Ripon Baptist Church.
Funeral Service for Phyllis Di Nardo will be held on Thursday, August 3, 2006 at 12:00 p.m. at Ripon Baptist Church, with Reverend Robert Johnson officiating. Interment will be held in Green Lake Center Cemetery, Town of Green Lake. A memorial has been established.
