Phyllis Maxine Ross, age 79, of Ripon, WI, passed away Sunday, May 15, 2011, at Ripon Medical Center with her family by her side.
Phyllis was born September 6, 1931, in Minong, WI, the daughter of David and Thelma (Vig) Coons. She graduated from Minong High School. Phyllis was an office manager for a trucking firm. In 1984, she married Lee Ross in Addison, IL.
Survivors include her husband, Lee of Ripon, WI; her children, Jeff (Jan) Harttert of Markesan, WI, Mark (Danette) Harttert of Markesan, WI, Holly (Bill) Nanney of Beaver Dam, WI Eric Harttert of Markesan, WI and Danny (Jennifer) Ross of Batavia, IL; her grandchildren, Jason (Ann) Harttert, Lisa (Rick) Daye, Jamie (Steve) Himnan, Bret (Anna fiancé) Harttert, Cole Nanney, Hayley Harttert, Zak Harttert, Rachel Ross and Melissa Ross; great-grandchildren, Collin Bukowski, Aaron Daye, Max Himnan, Shaylee Harttert and Addison Harttert; sister, Vicki (Dick) Harmon of Minong, WI; brother, Darryl Coons of Duluth, MN and many nieces, nephews and friend, Joyce Harttert. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Verna and brother Richard “Dick”.
Visitation for Phyllis Ross will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2011, from 1 – 2:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Dr. Ripon, WI 54971.
Funeral Service for Phyllis Ross will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2011, at 2:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon. Reverend Gary Zacharias will officiate. A memorial is being established.
