Ralph L. Sauer, age 29, of Ripon, WI, passed away on April 28, 1953, at Ripon Municipal Hospital.
He was born June 3, 1923, in Waupun, WI, the son of Herman and Nillie (Gleffe) Sauer. Ralph graduated from Ripon High School and worked as a farmer. On March 29, 1947, he married Ardis Neitzke in Ripon.
Survivors include his wife, Ardis; one son, Duane; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Sauer; four brothers, Lloyd and Lyle and Herman, Jr. all of Ripon and Robert of Camp Pendleton in California; four sisters, Mrs. Leland Hare of Sun Prairie, Mrs. Donald Mugridge of Waupun, Mrs. Marvin Olson of Green Lake and Carol of Ripon. He was preceded in death by a daughter and a sister.
Friends may call after 6:00 pm on Wednesday, at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Ralph will be held on Friday, May 1, 1953, at 2:00 pm at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon with The Reverend E.E. Schieler officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Ripon.
