Ramona Ione Tesch, age 64, of 21 East Thorne Street, Ripon Wisconsin, died unexpectedly on July 3, 2002 at Elyria Memorial Hospital in Elyria, Ohio.
She was born June 27, 1938 in Berlin, Wisconsin, a daughter to Frank and Esther (Zahn) Schmudlach. She graduated from Berlin High School, and later attended Cosmetology school of Milwaukee & Moraine Park of Fond du Lac for business. She worked at David White in Berlin, Wisconsin for 18 years. On Janurary 4, 1958 she married Wilbur Tesch. Ramona was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church in Ripon.
Survivors include; her husband, Wilbur Tesch, 3 children; Ronald (Sandy) Tesch, Randy (Susan) Tesch, and Tammy (Rick) Niemuth. Six Grandchildren; Sarena Harington, Jeremy, Andrew, Jason Tesch, Jonathan & Joshua Niemuth. One Great Granddaughter, Megan Harington. Two brothers Walter (Marilyn) Schmudlach, DuWayne (Caroline) Schmudlach, both of Berlin Wisconsin. She was preceded in death by her Mother and Father.
Visitation will be held Friday, July 5, 2002 from 5-8 at Butzin Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon, and Saturday at the church from 10-11. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 6, 2002 at Messiah Lutheran Church in Ripon at 11:00 with the Rev. Bryan Fritsch officiating. Interment will follow at Nepeuskun Cemetery, Town of Nepeuskun.
