Ray Ehrenberg

Mr. Ray Cecil Ehrenberg, age 79, of The Town of Ripon, passed away on Sunday, November 17, 1991, at Ripon Memorial Hospital.
He was born October 9, 1912 in Markesan, WI, a son of Herman and Lavina (Lyon) Ehrenberg. On June 3, 1939 he married Letha Kloehn. Mr. Ehrenberg was educated in Pickett and farmed in the Pickett and Markesan areas all his life. In his early years he worked at Wisconsin State Canners in Pickett. He was a member of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church in Ripon and was instrumental in clearing and landscaping the lot where the church now rests.
Survivors include his wife, two sons: Larry (Sally) of Green Lake and Alan (Sandy) of Ripon; one daughter, Sylvia (Gordon) Anderson of Ripon. He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-grandson, one sister, Geraldine Ehrenberg of Ripon. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of services Thursday, November 21, 1991 at Mt. Zion Lutheran Church.
Funeral Services for Ray Ehrenberg will be held Thursday, November 21, 1991, at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Zion Lutheran Church in Ripon with the Reverend C.S. Hollerup officiating. Interment will follow in Liberty Prairie Cemetery in Pickett. Memorials have been directed to Mt. Zion Lutheran Church in Ripon.
