Robert C. Gauger, age 67, passed away Saturday, February, 8, 2003 at Continental Manor, Randolph, WI.
Bob was born February, 13, 1935 in Oshkosh, the son of William and Gretchen (Krause) Gauger. He graduated from Brandon High School in 1953. On December 14, 1957, he married Janice (Raube) at the Emanuel Lutheran Church, Brandon. They owned and operated a dairy farm in the Brandon area until Bob’s retirement in 1992. He then was employed as a school bus driver for 10 years. Bob was a member of the Emanuel Lutheran Church, Brandon.
Survivors include his wife, Janice of Ripon. Daughters; Susan Gauger of Des Moines, IA, Sheryl (Ronald) Leemon of McFarland, WI., and Sandi (Steve) Hammer of Burnett, WI. One son; Charles (Danielle) Gauger of Markesan, WI. He is also survived by two grandchildren; Brittney and Cory Leemon, and one aunt; Evelyn Bell of Lake Geneva, WI. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and one brother, Wayne Gauger.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, February, 11, 2003 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon. Services will be Wednesday, February 12, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation from 10:00 until the time of service, at Emanuel Lutheran Church, Brandon with Rev. Kevin Scheuller officiating. Inurnment will take place at the Brandon Cemetery, Village of Brandon, at a later date. A memorial has been established.
