Robyn Burton

Robyn Mary Burton, age 65, of Ripon, WI, passed away Monday, May 30, 2022, at her daughter’s home with family by her side.

Robyn was born June 12, 1956, in Ripon, WI, the daughter of Robert and Barbara (Mickle) Prellwitz. She graduated from Ripon High School and went on to further her education at Moraine Park Technical College receiving her nursing degree. In 1973, Robyn married Mark A. Burton at Our Saviour’s United Church of Christ in Ripon. She enjoyed gardening, taking care of animals, sewing, baking, caring for the elderly and watching any and all sports, but especially the Packers. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grand kids.

Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Mark Burton of Ripon, WI; daughter, Jessica (Timothy) Hablewitz of Pickett, WI; grandchildren, Marie, Cory and Kaitlyn Hablewitz; brother-in-law, Clyde Stephens of San Antonio, TX; sisters, Sue (Herm) Leitz of Ripon, WI, Jayne Plagenz of Ripon, WI and Barb (Joe) LeGault of Berlin, WI; brother, Robert (Tricia) Prellwitz of Berlin, WI; sisters-in-law, Valerie Clark, Ramona Burton, Erly Burton and Michele Brittain all of Ripon, WI. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Robyn was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Barbara Prellwitz; older sister, Diane Stephens; nephew, Gabriel Karsnia; two brothers-in-law, Dennis Plagenz and Michael Burton and parents-in-law, Marvin and Beverly Burton.

Visitation for Robyn will be held Sunday, June 5, 2022, from 1 – 3:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Dr., Ripon, WI 54971.

Memorial Service for Robyn will be held Sunday, June 5, 2022, at 3:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon with Reverend Donald Deike officiating. A memorial is being established in her name.
