Roger Cluppert

Roger John Cluppert, age 83, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2011, at Fountain View Care Center in Ripon surrounded by his family.
He was born September 16, 1928, on the family farm outside of Rosendale, WI, the son of Alvin and Adeline (Spingborn) Cluppert. He graduated from high school and married Barbara A. Bella in Berlin, WI. Roger farmed his whole life while excavating during the day for Fred Wilkes. He was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Ripon.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara A. Cluppert of Ripon, WI; four children, Keith (Laureen) Cluppert of Ripon, WI, Randy (Carol) Cluppert of Ripon, WI, Laurie (Jeffrey) Quackenboss of Fond du Lac, WI and Kevin (Jennifer) Cluppert of Rock Hill, SC; ten grandchildren, Angie (Dan), Eric (Ashley), Kyle, Adam, Erin (Adam), Ashley, Jordan, Joshua, Morgan and Mason; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Violet Banks of GA and Joyce (Thomas) Cotter of Ripon, WI and many nieces and nephews. Roger was preceded in death by his parents, one granddaughter, Courtney Anne Quackenboss and one infant brother.
Visitation for Roger J. Cluppert will be held Thursday, December 1, 2011, from 4 – 7:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Dr. Ripon, WI 54971 and again on Friday, December 2, 2011, from 10 – 11:00 am at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 218 Blossom St. Ripon, WI 54971.
Mass of Christian Burial for Roger J. Cluppert will be held Friday, December 2, 2011, at 11:00 am at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Ripon. Reverend Robert A. Fictum will officiate. Interment will follow at St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery in the Town of Ripon. A memorial is being established.
