Roland E. Krueger, age 65, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Sunday, January 12, 1985, at Ripon Memorial Hospital.
Roland was born May 20, 1919, in Ripon, WI, the son of August and Bertha (Sawinski) Krueger. He served our country in the United States Army during WWII in the medical Battalion Company A. Roland married Elsie Keplin on May 25, 1946. He worked as a farmer and was a retired Speed Queen employee. Roland was a member of Assembly of God Church in Ripon.
Survivors include wife, Elsie; one brother, Arden Krueger of Ripon, WI and one sister, Clara Schleicher of Green Lake. He was preceded in death by his parents and several brothers and sisters.
Visitation for Roland will be held on Tuesday, January 14, 1985, from 2 – 5:00 pm and 7 – 9:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Roland will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 1985, at 1:30 pm at Assembly of God with Reverend Donald Deike officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Ripon. A memorial has been established.
