Ronald Rank

Ronald W. Rank, 61, of Ripon, passed away on Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at his home.

Ron was born on December 28, 1945 the son of Richard and Mabel (Lloyd) Rank in Oshkosh, WI. He attended school in Rosendale and worked as a Web Press Operator at Ripon Community Printers for 20 years and was a Rural Mail Carrier. On October 29, 1966 he married Shirley Tavs and they made their home in Ripon. Ron served in the US Army from 1963 to 1966.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Rank of Ripon, son; Steve (Dena) Rank of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, three grandchildren; Justin Rank, Samantha Bernier, and Taylor Rank. Four brothers; Leland Rank, Thomas Rank, Marvin Rank, LeRoy Rank. Several Nieces and Nephews, and special friends, Karlene Woebbeking, Jason May, and Lisa Curtis. Ron was preceded in death by his parents, and one daughter Jodi Rank.

Visitation for Ronald W. Rank will be held on Thursday, April 19, 2007 from 3-7:00 pm at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon, and again on Friday April 20, 2007 from 10-11:00 am at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Ronald W. Rank will be held on Friday, April 20, 2007 at 11:00 am at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home with Dr. Brian Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ripon. A Memorial has been established.
