Roy G. Anklam, age 84, of 1209 Cty. Rd. M. (Utica Township), died Sunday, September 10, 2000, at Parkview Care Center, Ripon.
Roy was born July, 21, 1916, in Pickett, WI., a son to Adolph G. and Augusta L. (Falk) Anklam. He was educated at Oullet School and served his country in the U.S. Army from March, 1945 to Oct., 1946. Roy married his wife Mary on November 27, 1939, in Menasha, WI. He worked as a serviceman for Pickett Co-op for 30 years.
Survivors include, his wife Mary Anklam, Pickett; two daughters, Marianne Lesniak, Ripon, and Beverly Cady, Pickett; a sister, Laura (Anklam) Miller, of Parkview Care Center, Ripon; Nine grandchildren, Dawn Anklam Thiel, Lori Stadler, Lisa Cluppert, Alan Cady, Scot Cady, Kevin Cady, Kathy Crook, Kelly Rennert, and Sally Brewer. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
Private sevices have been held. Interment took place at Euerka Cemetery.
