Roy Spirra, age 56, of Brainerd, Minnesota, passed away on February 20, 1984, at his home.
Roy was born March 9, 1927, in the Town of Nepeuskun, WI, the son of Frank and Dora (Lovejoy) Spirra. He served our country in the United States Navy during WWII. Roy graduated from Ripon High School. Roy married Kathryn Cahoon and resided in Ripon for many years after marriage and then moved to Brainerd and managed the V.F.W. Club.
Survivors include son, William Spirra of Brainerd, Minnesota; three daughters, Rhonda Andler of Duluth, Minnesota, Tamara Eno of St. Petersburg, Florida and Sharon Campbell of Kaneohe, Hawaii; one sister, Grace Albright of Ripon, WI; Rae Spirra of Edgerton, WI and three grandchildren.
Funeral Service for Roy will be held on Saturday, February 25, 1984, at 10:00 am at Halberson-Johnson Funeral Home in Brainerd, MN. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Brainerd, MN.
