Ruth Alice Sommers, age 76, died Tuesday, September 23, 2003, at Oshkosh Medical & Rehabilitation Center. She was born February 25, 1927, in Marquette, WI, to Frederick and Anna (Albrecht) Wellnitz.
She is survived by 3 sisters, Fern (Edgar) Zimmerman of Markesan, Nadine Challoner of Marquette and Carol Groose of Neenah; nieces and nephews; and brother-in-law, Eiler Skou of Oshkosh.
Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
