Ruth Stellmacher

Mrs. Ruth E. Stellmacher, 69, of 70 Union St., Ripon, died Sunday, May 28, 1989, at Waupun Memorial Hospital.
She was born May 11, 1920, in Ripon to William and Lillian Tetzlaff Lange. On July 4, 1940, she married Merwin (Muff) Stellmacher at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Dubuque, Iowa.
Mrs. Stellmacher was a 1938 graduate of Ripon High School. She worked at Admanco and was a clerk at Schultz Bros. And at Ann Maries. She was a member of Our Saviours United Church of Christ, Ripon and past Sunday School Teacher. She was a past Scout Leader.
Survivors include her husband; three sons and daughters-in-law, Thomas and Julie of Ripon, Timothy and Judy of West Bend, Steve and Terri of Berlin; nine grandchildren, Tanya, Sara, John, Jared, Joe, Anna, Bradley and Haley Stellmacher and Jeff Moon; two sisters, Elda Zimmerman and Mrs. Norma (Kelsey) Kuhs, both of Ripon and 43 nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 5:00 until 8:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11:00 am at Our Saviours United Church of Christ, Ripon. The Reverend James D. Mohr will officiate. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ripon.
Memorials in her name may be directed to Our Saviours Church and the Cancer Fund.
Grandma Ruth enjoyed being a grandmother. She received much joy from her grandchildren. Because she cared, her love will always live on in our hearts and minds. Thank you Grandma for loving us a lot.
