Sanford Hahn

Sanford Hahn, age 98, formerly of Green Lake, passed away early Monday morning, October 31, 2005, at Fountain View Care Center in Ripon.
He was born April 10, 1907, in Ripon. He received his education in Ripon. On November 1, 1930, he married Freida Bertha Hoffman. For most of his life, Sanford had been a baker at Rich’s Bakery in Appleton. He was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church in Ripon and Local Union #180 of American Bakers.
Survivors include his son, Douglas Hahn of Green Lake; daughter, Beverly Lehman of Appleton; daughter-in-law, Barbara Hahn of Oshkosh; ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Freida in 1989 and son, David.
Funeral service for Sanford Hahn will be at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 2, 2005 at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon with Rev. Bryan Fritsch officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Liberty Prairie Cemetery, Pickett. A memorial has been established.
