Scott M. Seawell, age 43, formerly of Ripon, passed away October 1, 2005, at University of Chicago Hospital in Chicago, IL.
He was born May 23, 1962, in Waukon, IA, the son of Albert and Carolyn (Lenz) Seawell. Scott graduated from Ripon High School, and attended UW-Eau Claire, Arizona State University and the University of Chicago. He was currently living in Chicago, and had been a telecommunications consultant for twenty-one years.
Survivors include his father, Albert Seawell of Princeton; 2 brothers, Jeff Seawell of Hartford, WI and Todd (Dawna) Seawell of Colorado Springs, CO; niece, Nichole Seawell of Colorado Springs; grandmother, Mabel Lenz of Washington, IA; aunt, Bev (Mark) Mosier of Washington, IA; and his fiancée, Rona Seams of Chicago. He was preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Seawell and grandfather, Irving Lenz.

A visitation was held in Chicago. Graveside service will at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, October 5, 2005 at Garden of the Cross Cemetery in Ripon.
