Stanley Kwiatkoske

Stanley Kwiatkoske, 67, of Ripon, died unexpectedly Monday, February 12, 2001, at Ripon Medical Center.

He was born February 25, 1933, in Ripon, the son of Mike and Alice (Prellwitz) Kwiatkoske. He was educated in Ripon and graduated from Ripon High School. On January 9, 1965, he married Darlene Giese. Stan worked in maintenance at the A.F.K. Corp. in Ripon for 45 years. He was a member of Our Saviour’s United Church of Christ and the Usher Team, and was active in bowling leagues.

Survivors include his wife, Darlene of Ripon; 1 son, John Kwiatkoske of Ripon; 3 daughters, Donna and Connie Kwiatkoske of Ripon, and Diane (Daniel) Van Loo of Markesan; and 6 grandchildren. He is further survived by his mother, Alice Schaufelberger; 1 half-brother, William Schaufelberger; and 1 half-sister, Donna Nielson, all of Michigan. He was preceded in death by his father and 1 brother.

Funeral service for Stanley Kwiatkoske will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, February 15, 2001, at Our Saviour’s United Church of Christ. The Reverends Rebecca A. Johnston and Gerald Schrankler will officiate. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, and again on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the church. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery. A memorial has been established.
