Susan Morgan

Susan K. Morgan, 41, died unexpectedly at her home, in Lomira, on Monday, May 31, 1999.

She was born July 3, 1957, in Ripon, the daughter of Harry and Marlene (Rudolph) Walkowiak. She attended Ripon Senior High School and graduated in 1976. She then graduated with a nursing degree from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire campus in 1979.

She resided with her parents on State St, Ripon, until her marriage to Tom Morgan in 1979. The wedding took place at Immanuel United Methodist Church in Ripon.

Mrs. Morgan worked as a Registered Nurse and mainly encountered home care patients. She was most recently employed by the Christian Home in Waupun.

She is survived by her spouse, Tom; 1 daughter, Sarah and 1 son, James; her parents, Harry & Marlene Walkowiak of Ripon; 1 sister, Linda (Barry) Ellis of Chetek; 1 brother, Robert (Gayle) Walkowiak of Waunakee; and nephew, Demitre Ellis. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Richard & Marie (Rasch) Walkowiak and maternal grandparents, Wallace & Florence (Anklam) Rudolph.

Funeral services will be Thursday, June 3, 1999, at 11 AM at Immanuel United Methodist Church, Ripon with the Reverends Dennis Weis and LaVerne Ulrichsen officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 3 from 4 until 8 PM at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, and again on Thursday from 10 AM until the time of the service at the church. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ripon. A Nursing Scholarship has been established.
