Susan Williams, age 56, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Friday, February 20, 2015, at Ripon Medical Center.
Susan was born June 8, 1958, in Ripon, WI, the daughter of Arthur and Merle (Clarke) Kuehn. She graduated from Ripon High School and also attended UW La Crosse and then went on to serve our country in the Army National Guard. Susan married John Williams in Ripon on July 21, 1984. She was employed at Alliance Laundry in Ripon for 36 years. Susan was very much an animal lover; she liked to spend her time feeding the birds and especially loved the Blue Jays and the Hummingbirds. Susan also frequently contributed to the dog park of Ripon.
Survivors include her husband, John Williams of Ripon, WI; four sons, Nate Williams, Ben (Kristina) Williams, Ryan (Stephanie) Williams all of Oshkosh, WI, and Brett Williams of Ripon, WI; four grandchildren; mother, Merle Schwartz of Ripon, WI; step children, Tyson (Bailey) Williams of Las Cruces, New Mexico and Angie (Jody) Pettit of Grapevine, TX; brothers, Ken (Linda) Kuehn of Oshkosh, WI, and Jim Kuehn of Chicago, IL. She was preceded in death by her father, Arthur Kuehn.
Visitation for Susan Williams will be held Tuesday, February 24, 2015, from 3 – 5 p.m. at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Dr., Ripon, WI.
Funeral Service for Susan Williams will be held Tuesday, February 24, 2015, at 5:00 p.m. at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon. Reverend Donald Deike will officiate. Memorials can be made out to Elizabeth Olson-Treasurer, Friends of the Ripon Dog Park, 709 Thorne Street Ripon, WI 54971.
