Thelma Luetke

Thelma H. Luetke, age 81, of Ripon, WI, passed away on March 21, 1986, at her home.

Thelma was born on November 15, 1904, in Berlin, WI, the daughter of George and Lillian (Wells) Campfield. She was educated both in Berlin and Green Lake schools. Thelma married Harry Luetke on February 4, 1941. She joined Harry at the store in 1941 and was also a school teacher and worked for the Schultz Brothers. Thelma was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and the Altar Society.

Survivors include one son, Dr. Richard Carley of Ripon; one daughter, Shirley (Richard) Jahnke of Ripon; five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and one sister, Genevieve (Fred) Mehre of Germantown, WI. She was preceded in death by her husband on June 18, 1982 and one sister.

Visitation for Thelma will be held on Monday, March 24, 1986, from 6 – 7:45 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon with a Rosary at 7:45 pm.

Mass of Christian Burial for Thelma will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 1986, at 10:00 am at St. Patrick Catholic Church with Reverend John Schmitz officiating. Interment will follow at St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery in the Town of Ripon.
