Theodore R. Daehn, age 81, of Ripon, WI passed away on Thursday, May 14, 1953 at Ripon Municipal Hospital.
Theodore was born in the Town of Metomen on May 2, 1872 the son of Carl and Dora (Teetz) Daehn. He was a farmer, and resided in the Town of Metomen and the last 30 years in Ripon. On November 4, 1896 he married Bertha A. Radtke in the Town of Metomen. She passed away on March 8, 1939.
Theodore is survived by a daughter, Elda Zimdars of Ripon, WI; five grandchildren; and three great-grandsons. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bertha; a son, Leo; four sisters; and five brothers.
Visitation for Theodore will be held from 12:00 pm on Saturday, May 16, 1953 until 11:00 am on Monday, May 18, 1953 at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon, WI and again from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm on Monday, May 18, 1953 at Grace Lutheran Church in Ripon.
Funeral service for Theodore will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, May 18, 1953 at Grace Lutheran Church in Ripon, with Reverend Carl Stubenvoll officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery in Ripon.
