Theodore Wiesner

Theodore “Ted” W. Wiesner, age 88, of Green Lake, passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2008 at Berlin Memorial Hospital.

Theodore was born on May 2, 1919, in Milwaukee, the son of Frank and Alma (Jaeger) Wiesner. He graduated from Milwaukee High School, and went on to attend a Tech School. On June 3, 1944, Ted married Jennie Gorecki in Michigan. Ted began his career as a Street Car Driver, and then later worked for the Milwaukee County Transit System as a Bus Driver. He was a member of the Polish National Catholic Church in Milwaukee.

Survivors include his wife, Jennie Wiesner of Green Lake, a brother; Franklin Wiesner of Milwaukee, sister-in-law; Helen Marciniak of West Allis, a brother-in-law; Charles Gorecki of MI, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Ted was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers.

Visitation for Theodore W. Wiesner will be held on Friday, January 4, 2008 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.

Funeral Service for Theodore W. Wiesner will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at Wisconsin Memorial Park Cemetery in the City of Brookfield, WI. A Memorial has been established.
