Therese "Terry" M. Ferch

Therese “Terry” M. Ferch, age 90, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Sunday, April 16, 2023 at Prairie Place in Ripon. She happily joined her beloved husband Harold, to celebrate their 72nd wedding anniversary together in heaven.

Terry was born on December 6, 1932 in Ripon, daughter of Hilmar and Marie (Cain) Redemann. She graduated from Ripon High School and in 1951 married Harold “Fritz” Ferch at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Ripon. Terry worked as a CNA at Parkview Nursing Home in Ripon for many years. She was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, the VFW Auxiliary, and the American Legion Auxiliary of Ripon. She cherished time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 

Terry is survived by her children, Tom (Peggy) Ferch of Wauwatosa, WI, Tammy (Roger) Garlow of Fond du Lac, WI, and Tim (Jen) Ferch of Ripon, WI; grandchildren, Father Matthew Ferch of Cedarburg, WI, Meghan (Joe) Urban of Sun Prairie, WI, Ashley (Josh) Schultz of Green Bay, WI, Hayley (Michael Sabish) Garlow of Fond du Lac, WI, Brittney (Logan) Spillner of Phoenix, AZ, Jacob Ferch of Brandon, WI, and Zachary Ferch of Madison, WI; seven great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Ruth Redemann, Betty Redemann, Donna Redemann, and Janice Redemann. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Harold Ferch; her parents, Hilmar and Marie Redemann; brothers, Bill, Bob, David, and Jim Redemann; sisters, Betty Kurcz, Dorie Marquart, and Bernie Splitt; in-laws, Edward and Rose Ferch along with numerous brothers and sisters-in-law; and many dear friends.

Visitation for Terry will be held from 9:00 am to 10:30 am on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 228 E. Blossom St., Ripon, WI, 54971.

Mass of Christian Burial for Terry will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Ripon, with Father Matthew Ferch officiating. Interment will follow at St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery, Town of Ripon, WI. Memorials in her name may be directed to Alzheimer’s & Dementia Alliance of Wisconsin, 6314 Odana Road, Suite 4
