Thomas C. Flack, age 77, N4328 Lakeshore Drive, Markesan, passed away Monday September 4, 2006, at Juliette Manor in Berlin.
Thomas was born on February 2, 1929, the son of Eugene and Della (Adams) Flack in Chicago IL. Tom graduated from St. George High School and Loyola University Chicago IL. Tom worked in the sales and purchasing department for a large wholesale company, and served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Green Lake.
Survivor’s include one sister, Mary, (Joe), Noe of Reading, MA, friends Ed (Ginny) Lamich and family of Arlington Heights, IL, Rosemary Smith and Margaret Devaney both of Markesan, WI. Thomas is preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation for Thomas C. Flack will be held on Tuesday, September 5, 2006 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Green Lake.
Mass of Christian Burial for Thomas C. Flack will be held on Tuesday September 5, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Green Lake with Father John A. Schmitz officiating. Interment will be in Dartford Cemetery, Green Lake. A memorial has been established.
