Thomas Gordon Wahoske, age 73, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Friday, October 14, 2011, at Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh, WI.
Tom was born April 18, 1938, in Ripon, the son of Louis and Adeline (Frost) Wahoske. He was stationed in Germany when he served our country in the United States Army. Tom worked at Heritage Wafer in Ripon in shipping and receiving. In 1996, he married Ruby Kropp in Las Vegas. Tom attended St. Johns Lutheran Church in Berlin and was a member of V.F.W. Schultz-Klemp-Wentland Post #5278.
Survivors include his wife, Ruby of Ripon, WI; children, Rebecca Wahoske of Ripon, WI and Jason Wahoske of West Salaem, WI; step-children, Brian (Jenny) Kropp of Borth, WI, Lisa (Robert) Stellmacher of Portland, OR and Christopher (Constance) Kropp of Neshkoro, WI; grandchildren, Marissa, Alex, Nolan, Brianna, Kayleigh, Andrew, Mandy, Grace, Reagan, Eli, Conner, Isabell, Niko; brothers, Arden (Sally) Wahoske of Ripon, WI and Dennis (Connie) Wahoske of Ripon, WI; sister, Mary (Jeff) Schommer of Green Bay, WI; sisters-in-law, Sharon (David) Zimmerman of Oshkosh, WI and Jane Nowicki of Berlin, WI and also many nieces and nephews. Tom was preceded by his parents, brother, David (Marlene) Wahoske of Portland, OR and one brother-in-law, William Nowicki.
Visitation for Tom Wahoske will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2011, from 2 – 4:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Dr. Ripon, WI 54971 and again following the service on Thursday from 5 – 6:30 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
Memorial service for Tom Wahoske will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2011, at 4:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon. Pastor Bryan Lundquist will officiate. A memorial is being established.
