Tiffany Finley Eichstedt, born September 24, 1977, entered into eternal rest on October 26, 1997, in Houston, TX, after a long courageous struggle with cancer.
Her journey’s just begun:
Don’t think of her as gone away, her journey’s just begun, life holds so many facets, this earth is only one.
Just think of her as resting from the sorrows and the tears, and a place of warmth and comfort, where there are no days or years.
Think how she must be wishing that we could know today, how nothing but our sadness, can really pass away.
And think of her as living in the hearts of those she touched, for nothing loved is ever lost, and she was loved so much.
A 1996, graduate of J. Frank Dobie High School, she achieved honors as the tennis team manager, and in modeling. Tiffany’s love for life touched all with a smile that could brighten anyone’s day.
Preceded in death by grandfather, Robert Eichstedt, cousin, Ronie Eichstedt and aunt, Vicki Finley. She is survived by her loving parents, Mark and Cathleen “Kitty” Eichstedt; her sister, Lindsey; and her dog, Shanna, all of Houston; her grandparents, Richard and Darlene Finley of Princeton and Betty Eichstedt of Ripon; her second parents, Chuckie and Gary Eichstedt and their daughter, Regie of Ripon; her cousins, Lana Bentley and Crystal (Kovalaske) Stewart of Ripon; her best friend, Traci Silverthorn of Houston; and numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends worldwide.
Funeral service will be Saturday, November 1, 1997, at 3:00 PM at Immanuel United Methodist
Church, Ripon with the Rev. David Busker officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 1:00
PM until the hour of the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, a Memorial will be established
under the Tiffany Finley Eichstedt Fund.
