Verna Mae Keso, 73, of 1092 Metomen St., Ripon, died Tuesday, October 18, 1988, at Ripon Memorial Hospital.
She was born August 13, 1915, in Markesan to Earl and Mary McCullough Lee. On April 10, 1937, she married Byron Keso.
Mrs. Keso was a graduate of Green Lake High School. She was a sales manager for Ripon Knitting Works for over 20 years. She lived in Ripon since her marriage. Mrs. Keso was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church in Ripon and a member of the Ripon American Legion Auziliary.
Survivors include her husband and one sister, Mrs. Fred (Irene) Gneiser of Green Lake; She was preceded in death by five brothers and one sister.
Friends may call from 5 – 8:00 pm at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
Private services will be held at a later date. The Reverend Robert B. LeCount will officiate and interment will be in the Green Lake Center Cemetery in the Town of Green Lake.
A memorial has been established.
