Victor Boens

Victor William Boens, age 59, of Ripon, WI passed away at his farm in the Town of Ripon on Thursday, August 9, 1951.

Victor was born on September 3, 1891 in the Town of Ripon, the son of Fred and Matilda (Schwartz) Boens. He was a farmer and lived in the vicinity of Ripon all his life. On November 26, 1919 he married Lena Buetow in Ripon. Victor served our country in World War I.

Victor is survived by his wife, Lena; a son, Lawrence of Ripon, WI; one daughter, Dorothy of North Fond du Lac, WI; three grandchildren; and one brother, Fred of Ripon, WI. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation for Victor will be held from 12:00 pm on Saturday, August 11, 1951 until 10:30 am on Monday, August 13, 1951 at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon, and again from 10:30 am until 2:00 pm on Monday, August 13, 1951 at Scott Street Church in Ripon.

Funeral service for Victor will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, August 13, 1951 at Scott Street Church in Ripon, with Reverend E.E. Schieler officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery in Ripon.
