Walter Beier

Walter Albert Beier, age 95, of Ripon, WI, passed away Tuesday, May 26, 1992, at Parkview Care Center in Ripon.

He was born on May 6, 1897, in Rush Lake to Herman and Minnie (Klinder) Beier. On November 20, 1948, he married Evelyn Marie Shaw. She preceded him in death on May 4, 1986. Walter had farmed all of his life. He was a member of the Immanuel United Methodist Church in Ripon and was on the Nepeuskun Town Board for many years.

Nieces and nephews survived him. He was preceded in death by his brother, Elmer and his wife, Evelyn.

Friends and relatives may call Friday, May 29, 1992, from 5 until 8:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.

Funeral service for Walter Beier will be held on Saturday, May 30, 1992, at 11:00 am at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon. Reverend Robert B. LeCount will officiate. Interment will follow in Nepeuskun Cemetery in the Town of Nepeuskun. A memorial fund in his name has been established for Immanuel United Methodist Church in Ripon.
