Walter F. Haase, age 79, of Rosendale, WI, passed away on Thursday, April 18, 1985, at his home.
Walter was born August 27, 1905, in Waupaca County, WI, the son of Frank and Lydia (Glasner) Haase. He married Laura Fude on September 10, 1926, in Oshkosh. Walter farmed on County Rd M since 1940. He was a member of Peace Lutheran Church in Rosendale and a member of the Farm Bureau and Holstein Breeders Association.
Survivors include his wife, Laura; one brother, William of Eldorado, WI and five sisters, Lucille (Ralph) Larsen of Oshkosh, WI, Irene Marquart of Oshkosh, WI, Virginia Hinz of Oshkosh, WI, Vera (William) Luft of California and Sylvia Smith of Wautoma, WI. He was preceded in death by one sister.
Visitation for Walter will be held on Sunday, April 21, 1985, from 12 – 1:30 pm at Peace Lutheran Church in Rosendale.
Funeral Service for Walter will be held on Sunday, April 21, 1985, at 1:30 pm at Peace Lutheran Church with Reverend Bruce Buslaff officiating. Interment will follow at Rosendale Cemetery in the Village of Rosendale. A memorial has been established for the church.
