Walter Prellwitz, age 75, of Ripon, passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 1987, at Parkview Nursing Home in Ripon.
Walter was born on March 19, 1912, in Stoughton, the son of Charles and Clara (Jantz) Prellwitz. He married Florence Meyers. Walter worked as a tractor driver in the service department at Speed Queen in Ripon. He was a member of St. Wenceslaus Church.
Survivors include his son, Lawrence of Brandon; sister, Rose Loughlin of Ripon; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his two sons, a brother, and a sister.
Visitation for Walter will be held from 4-8:00 pm, on Wednesday, September 9, 1987, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Walter will be held at 10:00 am, on Thursday, September 10, 1987, at St. Wenceslaus Church in Ripon, with Reverend William Toelle officiating. Interment will follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Ripon.
