Walter Zills, age 76, of Fairwater, WI, died Wednesday, November 29, 1995, at Ripon Medical Center in Ripon.
He was born in Woodville, St. Croix County on January 10, 1919, a son of the late Herman and Emma Klebs Zills. He attended Oak Center School in Oak Center. On March 2, 1946, he married the former Arlene Lohrey. She preceded him in death on April 25, 1995.
He survived by two sons, Virgil (Janis) Zills of Ripon and Duane (Donna) Zills of Fairwater; one daughter, Karen (David) Kanneman of Ripon; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Viola Wendt of Oakfield and Sally (Elmer) Pattchet of Oakfield; one brother, Edwin (Helen) Zills of Waupun; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, one sister and four brothers.
