Wayne Rost

Wayne E. Rost, age 64, of Green Lake, Wisconsin passed away at the Ripon Medical Center on January 1,1999. Wayne was born February 21,1934 in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, the son of Otto and Emmaline CHintz) Rost. He was married to Barbara (Ronning) Rost on August 16,1958 in Minnesota. Wayne was a graduate of Bethany Lutheran College, Mankato, Minnesota. He was a member of Peace Lutheran Church, Green Lake. He was a former Principal and teacher at Peace Lutheran School, Green Lake and retired as Vice President of Purchasing at Fabriko Inc., Green Lake.

Survivors include: his wife Barbara (married 40 years) . A
daughter, Tamara (Lee) Plinska of Waukesha, Wisconsin. A son
Bradley (Cathy) Rost of Green Lake, Wisconsin, and two
Grandchildren, Ashley and Nicole Plinska. He is also survived
by a brother, Melvin (Shirley) Rost of North Fond du Lac,
Wisconsin. A sister, Marilyn (Ernest) Fogle of South St.
Paul, Minnesota, and many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, Otto and Emmaline
Rost, brothers, Eugene Rost and Harold Rost and sister Pearl
Simpson.

Visitation will be Sunday, January 3, 1999, from 11:00 AM until the time of service at Peace Lutheran Church. Funeral services for Wayne will be on Sunday, January 3, 1999, at 2: 00 PM at Peace Lutheran Church in Green Lake with the Rev. Rodney E. Dietsche officiating. A memorial has been established for Peace Lutheran School, Green Lake, Wisconsin.
