Wilhelmine Louise Reinecke, age 82, resident of Michalene’s in Ripon, died Saturday, October 25, 1997, at Ripon Medical Center.
She was born July 25, 1915, in Chicago, IL, a daughter to the late Julius and Wilhelmine (Papak) Bauer. She graduated from high school in Chicago, and worked as a secretary in a business office. On April 4, 1981, she married Lester William Reinecke in Almont, CO. She lived most of her life in Chicago, and then 12 years in Gunnison, CO, and the past 14 years, she made her home in Ripon. Wilhelmine was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church, Ripon and the Friendship Circle.
She is survived by her sister-in-law, Eleanor Reinecke of Ripon and 4 nephews, Thomas Reinecke of Washington, DC, Kenneth Reinecke of Vicksburg, MS, Lawrence (Barbara) Reinecke of Lac du Flambeau and Walter (Marlene) Reinecke of Minden, NV She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Reinecke in November, 1996.
There will be no visitation or funeral service. Burial will be in Gunnison County Cemetery, Gunnison, CO.
