William Bill A. Breivogel, age 84, of Montello, passed away on Friday, February 11, 2011, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton, from complications of the heart.
William was born on May 15, 1926, to Edward and Laura (Nickolai) Breivogel in Ripon. He attended Ripon High school and later served in WWII in the U.S. Air Force from 1944 to 1946. William married Marjorie (Klawitter) Kuehn on February 1, 1963. He worked at Speed Queen as a Cabinet Machine Operator for 42 years. William was a life long member of Our Saviors United Church of Christ and was a member of the Ripon V.F.W. Schultz-Klemp-Wentland Post #5278, Speed Queen Retiree Club, and was a driver for Auction Associates for 16 years.
Survivors include his wife Marjorie Breivogel of Montello; brother, Orville Breivogel of Ripon; and several cousins and other relatives along with many friends. William was preceded in death by his parents, and one sister-in-law, Arvilla Breivogel.
Visitation for William A. Breivogel will be held on Wednesday, February 16, 2011, from 11 am to 2pm, at Our Saviors United Church of Christ 343 Scott St. Ripon, Wisconsin.
Memorial service for William A. Breivogel will be held on Wednesday, February 16, 2011, at 2pm, at Our Saviors United Church of Christ, 343 Scott St. Ripon, Wisconsin, with the Reverend Mark R. West officiating. Inurnment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery at a later date. A memorial is being established.
