William August Exner, age 60, of Lake Geneva, WI, passed away on Wednesday, March 10, 1954, at the Burlington Hospital in Burlington, WI.
William was born October 29, 1894, in Coloma Station, WI, the son of Herman and Alvina Exner. He lived in Ripon and lived in Lake Geneva for the last twenty years. William worked for Wisconsin Power and Light Company for the district safety division for 44 years. He was a member of the Ripon Rotary Club.
Survivors include two brothers, Herbert E. Exner of Chicago, IL and Robert Exner of Ripon, WI; two sisters, Mrs. Clara Hyer of Minneapolis and Mrs. Esther M. Haas of Des Moines, Iowa.
Graveside Service for William will be held on Saturday, March 13, 1954, at 3:00 pm at Hillside Cemetery in Ripon with The Reverend Carl Stubenvol officiating.
