William H. Kosanke, age 67, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Monday, November 2, 1953, as a result of a car accident.
William was born December 2, 1885, in Elvers Hagen, Germany, the son of Herman and Johanna (Mueller) Kosanke. He lived in the vicinity of Ripon most of his life. On April 20, 1911, William married Rose Duzinske in Ripon.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Arnold Kobernik of Green Lake; one son, Marvin of the Town of Rosendale; three grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Albert Wagner of Ripon, Mrs. Anna Walters of Milwaukee and Mrs. John Fischer of Oshkosh and two brothers, Carl and Albert of Oshkosh. He was preceded in death by his wife and one sister.
Friends may call on Tuesday, November 3, 1953, after 12:00 noon at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for William will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 1953, at 2:00 pm at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon with The Reverend E.E. Schieler officiating. Interment will take place at Liberty Prairie Cemetery in the Town of Utica.
