William Frank Meyer, age 61, of Ripon, WI passed away on Monday, August 22, 1955 at Ripon Municipal Hospital.
William was born in Markesan, WI on January 3, 1894, the son of Charles and Emma (Liptow) Meyer. On June 6, 1914 he married Minnie Zank.
William is survived by his wife, Minnie Meyer of Ripon, WI; two daughters, Mrs. Ralph Bice and Mrs. Elmer G. Miller both of Ripon, WI; a son, Lawrence Meyer of Ripon, WI; seven grandchildren; and one brother, John Meyer of Brandon, WI. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Emma Meyer and two brothers.
Visitation for William will be held from 6:00 pm on Tuesday, August 23, 1955 until 11:00 am on Thursday, August 25, 1955 at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon, and again from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm on Thursday, August 25, 1955 at First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ripon.
Funeral service for William will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, August 25, 1955 at First Evangelical Lutheran Church, with Reverend E.E. Schieler officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Ripon, Wisconsin.
