William Nothnagel

William J. Nothnagel, 89, of 1663 North Lawson Dr., Green Lake, died today, August 28, 1989, at Ripon Memorial Hospital.
He was born May 11, 1900, in the Town of Green Lake to Frederick and Henrietta Keipe Nothnagel. On June 6, 1926, he married Mabel Heller.
Mr. Nothnagel was educated in Green Lake and had lived in the Green Lake area all of his life. He was a carpenter and pattern maker at Chapman’s in Berlin. He was a member of the Peace Lutheran Church in Green Lake.
Survivors include his wife; one sister, Emma Petrich of Berlin; two nieces, Loretta mellem of Peach Tree City, Georgia and Helene Astrach of Green Lake and one nephew, Marvin Nothnagel of Bethel, Connecticut. Preceding him in death were one brother and one sister.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, at 2:00 pm at the Peace Lutheran Church in Green Lake. The Reverend Rodney Dietsche will officiate. Interment will follow in the Dartford Cemetery in Green Lake.
Friends may call Wednesday from 11:00 am until the hour of services at the church. A memorial in his name has been established.
