William Paul

William J. Paul, age 79, of Ripon, WI, passed away on April 28, 1985, at his home.

William was born on December 19, 1905, in the Town of Brooklyn, WI, the son of John and Anna (Montay) Paul. He married Alice Sworske on September 21, 1940. William lived in the Ripon and Green Lake area all of his life and worked as a mechanic for Green Giant for 40 years. He was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Ripon.

Survivors include his wife, Alice; one son, Timothy of Green Lake, WI; three grandchildren and two sisters, Anna Duzinski of Oshkosh, WI and Martha Busse of West Bend, WI. He was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.

Visitation for William will be held on Monday, April 29, 1985, from 6 – 9:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon with a Rosary at 8:45 pm.

Funeral Service for William will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 1985, at 11:30 am with Reverend John A. Schmitz officiating. Interment will follow at St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery in the Town of Ripon.
